Every touchpoint drafted. You just say yes.
Proplo drafts every action across your full deal lifecycle. You control what runs automatically and what waits for your one-click approval.
Leads go cold between the call and the close.
Vendors wait days for an intro email. Buyers stop hearing from you after the first tour. Proplo runs the sequences so nothing goes quiet.
A transaction, start to finish
A new lead arrives. Your response is already on the way.
The voice agent calls within minutes. An intro email goes out. A follow-up sequence stands by and pauses the moment the lead replies.

Every vendor gets a warm intro. Every deadline gets a task.
When a deal goes under contract, Proplo drafts intro emails to title, inspector, and stager. Closing timeline tasks appear automatically. Review and send in seconds.

How control works
Proplo prepares it. You approve it.
Every automated action starts as a draft. You choose what publishes on its own and what waits for your review, for clients, vendors, and social media alike. One click sends it, and you stay off the clock until you choose otherwise.
Built for one agent. Built to hold up at six, or sixty.
Ryan does not have to ask whether his newest agent followed up. Proplo already sent it and logged it, so coverage does not depend on who remembered. Sandra does not have to live with six different vendor-email styles across her brokerage. Every office runs the same sequences, drafted the same way, waiting on the same one-click approval.
The settings
You decide, per automation, what needs your approval.
This is the live product: every automated action, grouped by category, each with its own Approve-first or Auto setting. Nothing runs the way you did not choose.

Questions about automation
What does Proplo automate?
Proplo automates the follow-up and coordination across a full deal lifecycle. It calls new leads, drafts the next message when a deal goes quiet, schedules reminders against deadlines, and keeps the pipeline current without you updating records by hand.
Will anything send to a client without my approval?
No. Important client-facing messages are review-first by design. Proplo writes the draft and puts it in front of you, and it sends only after you approve it. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation of the system.
Can I change the sequences?
Yes. You control the triggers, the timing, and the wording. Proplo ships with sequences for lead nurture, deal follow-up, and client communication, and you can run those as they are or build your own.
