The Platform
What is Proplo?
One platform for agents, teams, and brokerages: pipeline, an AI voice agent, an AI copilot, a design studio, and automation. Every lead, deal, and marketing task runs in one system instead of five.
How is this different from a regular CRM?
Most tools store contacts. Proplo acts on them. When a lead comes in, the voice agent calls them. When a deal stalls, automation follows up. When you need a listing flyer, the design studio generates it. You are not managing software. You are running a business.
Can solo agents use this, or is it just for teams?
Built for all three. Solo agents get the full AI stack: voice agent, copilot, pipeline, without paying for team management features they do not need. Each tier is priced for its scale.
Does Proplo replace my MLS tools?
No. Proplo is not an MLS or a transaction management platform. It handles lead capture, nurture, pipeline management, marketing, and team coordination. You keep using whatever you use to transact.
AI & Automation
Does the voice agent actually call leads automatically?
Yes. When a new lead comes in, Proplo places the call, qualifies them on the phone, and hands you a summary (budget, timeline, and any objections) before you finish your current showing.
What can the AI copilot do?
The copilot knows your whole pipeline. Ask it anything: "Which of my leads haven't heard from us in two weeks?" or "Draft a follow-up for the Johnson file." It writes, retrieves, and summarizes. No hunting through notes or dashboards.
Can I customize the automation sequences?
Yes. You set the triggers, timing, and messages. Proplo ships with proven sequences for lead nurture, deal follow-up, and client communication. You can run them as-is or build your own from scratch.
Will automation ever send something without my approval?
Client-facing messages are review-first by design. Proplo drafts the message, you approve it in one click, then it sends. Nothing reaches a client without you seeing it first.
Getting Started
How long does onboarding take?
Most agents are fully set up within a day: connect your calendar, add your leads, configure your first automation sequence, and the voice agent is live. We walk you through it on your demo call.
Do I need to migrate all my data first?
No. Start taking new leads immediately and add your existing contacts as you go. Bulk import from another CRM is not yet available. Ask about your specific setup on the demo call.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Terms depend on your tier. Solo and team plans do not require an annual contract. Bring your specific situation to the demo call and we will lay out the terms plainly.
What happens during the demo call?
Clayton, a cofounder, runs every demo personally. You see the platform live against your specific use case, not a generic walkthrough. You leave knowing exactly what Proplo does and whether it fits.
Security & Data
Where is my data stored?
On secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share it with third parties.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You own your data. Ask us any time and we will export your contacts, pipeline history, and communication logs. No lock-in.
Is Proplo HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant?
Proplo is built around security best practices. If your brokerage has specific compliance requirements, bring them to the demo call and we will walk through the details.
