1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Clayton Walker Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Proplo (“Proplo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information collected on our public marketing website at proplo.io (the “Site”). It covers only the public, pre-signup Site. If you create a Proplo account, your use of the product is governed by a separate policy, linked below.

2. Information We Collect

On the public Site we collect a limited set of information:

• Analytics data. Page views, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and session duration. This is collected only if you opt in to analytics cookies.
• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, role, and any message you send when you request a demo or contact us.
• Server logs. Standard request metadata, including IP address, timestamp, and the pages requested, kept for security and reliability.

We do not collect real estate CRM data (leads, listings, communications, or call recordings) on this Site. That data belongs to the Proplo product and is described in the product's own policy.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

4. Cookies and Analytics

We rely on a few service providers to run the Site:

• Vercel for website hosting
• Sanity for hosting our blog content
• An email delivery provider for handling contact and demo form submissions

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data each one needs to do its job.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Proplo does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. Contact and demo form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up about your request. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and reliability, then discarded.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete personal information we hold about you

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, so this right has no current effect); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. 8.2 Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states with comparable consumer privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, may have similar rights. Contact us at privacy@getproplo.com to exercise any rights that apply under your state's law.

9. If You Sign Up for Proplo

If you create a Proplo account, your use of the product is governed by the product's own privacy policy, available at app.proplo.io privacy policy. That policy covers CRM data, communications, and other information the product handles.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
